SLOW=SHORT.FAST=LONG.

Not too many people who live on this planet actually live. Most are just monoliths put out in a jungle by some funky divine power. Monoliths spend their "life" living the cycle that they think was put upon them them, scared to leave their spot lest they get themselves into a position that will disturb that cycle. Plus, thats not something that monoliths are expected to do, eight?

And because monoliths dont understand the concept of movement, I dont think they understand the concept of speed either. Or of going fast. Or faster. Or even more faster. Or as fast as it would ever go!

And thence they dont understand that life is not short, its actually just slow. So slow that it actually seems short. So short that they dont think its worth trying to move. But becuase they never try to move, their slowness equals infinity. And because shortness of life is directly proportional to slowness of life, their shortness of life is infinity too. And mathematically, if your shortness of life equals infinity, ur length of life equals zero. And hence its proven, my dear Watson, that most people never live.God bless the monoliths!

A few years ago, it was difficult to find synthetic motor oils, and equally difficult to find someone who admitted to

using them. Nowadays, however, you can find synthetic motor oils on the shelves of Wal-Mart, and other retailers, and the

number of people turning to synthetic motor oils, particularly in light of the recent events affecting fuel prices, has

risen greatly.

So why do people use synthetic motor oils rather than sticking with the old petroleum based stand-bys which are

admittedly cheaper?

1. Let's start with the cost per quart issue. Synthetic motor oils ARE more expensive at purchase. However, these oils

last longer, requiring fewer oil changes. As a synthetic motor oil outlasts several changes of petroleum based

lubricants, the ultimate out-of-pocket cost of the lubricant is less. This cost savings becomes even greater if you have

someone else change your oil for you rather than doing it yourself!
